Shipping

Most items in the Famo3D store will ship within 1-3 business days. Some items may take longer to ship based on the size of the item. Shipping times on larger terrain pieces will not exceed two weeks. Statues, figures, or any item exceeding 8" in height, can take 5-10 business days to ship. 

Returns

Famo3D guarantees the quality and integrity of every item we sell. We do not allow returns of items that have been damaged by the buyer, however. Items which contain defects will be replaced or refunded promptly at the seller's discretion.
